highlights wont damage your hair if you dont get them too often
i get them a lot and my hair isnt really damaged
you just have to be able to take care of it after so it doesnt damage
i have black hair and right now i have medium-darkish highlights (i%26#039;ve also had some unnatural colors: pink, purple, blue(i had blue-black hair then), and orchid(unnatural colors look good if your mom will let you)
