I am a black guy and I have this Statue of Liberty kinda thing goin on. The hair towards the front of my head is pretty long like 7-9inches but the hair on the back of my head is only like 4 inches. I haven%26#039;t had a haircut in several months, in fact i think over a year.

Wow, the first reverse afro mullet.
Reply:Do you lay on your back when you sleep, maybe thats why.
Reply:I think you have hair losses. That is when you grow old. Or go to a store and ask for medicine
Reply:whew reverse mullet. congrats =]
Reply:signs of early balding?
Reply:Do you shave or pluck it? If not I suggest an elton john job. 3k and you have hair:)
Reply:Have a doctor look at it.
Reply:If it is thinning, I am told Bosley is pretty good, but expensive (www.bosley.com). Mine is starting to thin and I am going to look into it as soon as I can afford to do so.
Reply:Depends on your age. You could be balding. Or a thinning of the hair may be the reason. Or the rate at which it grows. If it%26#039;s only just started doing this then go visit a doctor...or a hairdresser/barber.
Reply:Most folks who sleep mainly on their backs have a hard time growing their hair longer in the back. My hairdresser told me this when I asked why it was taking so long to grow my hair out. The new growth seemed to be growing well on top, but it didn%26#039;t seem to be getting much longer. Try sleeping on your sides or stomach. Changing sleeping habits is hard, but if you can%26#039;t then you will just have to live with your hair not growing back there.
