I am trying to do that too, my hair is in the middle of my bust and i want to grow it out longer and I heard that if you eat reallyyyyyyy healthy it will grow faster

Each persons hair grows at a different rate and not everyone%26#039;s hair will grow long. (dependent upon your view of long)


What has worked for others:


After washing your hair and it is semi dry, put it in multiple braids, not like 60, I mean 7 to 10, for the night. For some reason the tautness of braining after you wash it makes it grow faster.


Take prenatal vitamins, yes even if you are not pregnant, they have the perfect balance for a female body.


Stop cutting it!


Use a scalp brush on it when you wash it. Mine is plastic and has those little prickle things, it stimulates the scalp.


Massage your head/scalp daily...plus it just feels Good! lol

I am trying to grow mine out to but theres really nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster, it%26#039;s all in your genes.


What you can do is just get regular trims every 6 weeks and take multi vitamins, But that%26#039;s it..


Oh and, by fall your probably only gonna get to like your mid arm.


Hair grows 1/2 an inch every month. For some people, it takes way longer.

You have to get trims or your hair wont grow. You get split ends, you cut them off some new healthy hair can grow in.

But I have this shampoo caled Garnier Frutis Long and Strong. It doesn%26#039;t make your hair grow faster but it makes it thicker and it works! My hair styilst even noticed

-use a strenthening shampoo/conditioner like herbal essences long term realtionship.


-use any hair products with rosemary in it.

b4 yu go to bedd yu put oil in yur hair then yu brush it 100 strokes then braid it up!


wen yu brush it, that helps circulate the oils on ya scalp
