I have rly bad split ends and i pull on them a lot %26amp; i no im not supose 2 but its a habit

Stop pulling on them, and get a deep conditioning treatment at least once a month at a salon, if not more often.
Reply:you could condition but the only way to fix them is to cut them off.

Reply:Nothing will %26quot;fix%26quot; them apart from having them trimmed. You can get just the ends trimmed so you%26#039;re only getting rid of the split ends, not losing any length.

Reply:well dont pull on them. i suggest you should just get a light hair cut %26amp; it depends on your hair type. but i suggest that you use pantene restoritives. that is what i do it restores the damages in your and helps your split ends. love ya. :)
